First Consultation
We can offer a first 30 Minutes face to face consultation.
The cost of this meeting is £50 plus Vat.

Divorce Costs
Our costs for acting on your behalf in relation to an undefended divorce are as follows:-
£500.00 plus Vat (£100.00) plus Court fees of £550.00.

This fee includes: –
1. Preparing the divorce petition.
2. Preparing the request for directions for trial and supporting documents following receipt of the acknowledgement of service.
3. Forwarding your decree nisi.
4. Applying for the decree absolute and forwarding to you.


Court attendance: Each court hearing will be charged separately at £250.00 plus VAT.

NOTE: This fee does not include the Court Applications, Finances, Maintenance and Children’s matters or unforeseen costs such as service of papers on spouse, tracing of spouse or translation of marriage certificate will incur additional costs
